Deleting your data

How to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, what we can delete, and what the law prevents us from deleting.

How to ask

Send an email to info@mustanad.sa with the subject "Data deletion request", stating your name, your company's name, and the mobile number you used with us. You may also ask on WhatsApp at 0553366916 or by telephone on 920002183.

We may ask for proof that you are the person the data belongs to, or are authorised to act for the company. That step protects you: without it anyone could delete someone else's file.

We reply telling you what was deleted, what remains, and why.

What we delete

  • Contact details and enquiries that never became an engagement.
  • Quotes that were not accepted, and the pricing answers they were built on.
  • Documents you uploaded to a file that never began.
  • Website and WhatsApp conversations not attached to a current or completed engagement.

What we cannot delete

As a licensed firm and an entity subject to the anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing regulations, the law requires us to keep certain things for a set period. That obligation is on the firm and we cannot waive it, even at your request:

  • Due-diligence and identification records for clients we engaged with.
  • Working papers and professional files for engagements carried out, and the reports issued.
  • Accounting and tax records the regulations require to be kept.

After the period ends

What we kept for a regulatory obligation is destroyed or de-identified once its period ends, without your needing to ask again.

Your Facebook or WhatsApp account

We do not use Facebook Login and we create no account for you with Meta. What we hold of your WhatsApp correspondence is the messages exchanged between us, deleted as set out above. Your own copy of the conversation on your device, and whatever Meta retains, are governed by WhatsApp's policy and not by ours.
