What this site is
Mustanad Professional Services is a licensed accounting and auditing firm, licence no. 423. This site describes its services, estimates their fees, and collects the documents an engagement needs.
The content is not advice
The articles, alerts, tools and chat answers this site publishes are general information. Regulations change, your circumstances are your own, and general information is no substitute for a professional opinion on your actual situation.
No professional relationship arises from browsing this site, using a tool on it, or receiving a quote. It arises from a signed engagement letter, after acceptance, due diligence and independence checks are complete.
The tools and calculators
The site's tools give an estimate built on what you enter. Their output is an estimate, not a regulatory result: it is not filed with any authority and no decision should rest on it without professional review.
Quotes
- A quote is built on your answers. If the facts differ from what you stated, the fee differs — and we tell you before we proceed.
- Every quote states its own validity period.
- Your acceptance does not commit us to begin before acceptance and due-diligence checks are complete. We may decline an engagement without giving a reason.
- Fees exclude value added tax unless stated otherwise, and exclude government fees.
What we ask of you
- That the data and documents you provide are true and complete, and that you are authorised to provide them.
- That you do not upload what is unrelated to the engagement, nor other people's data without a basis for doing so.
- That you do not attempt to reach another person's file, or parts of the site not open to you.
- That you keep the links we send you private — they are the key to your file.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, tools and mark belong to the firm. You may read and print for your own use; you may not republish or use them commercially without written permission.
Limits of responsibility
We do what we can to keep this site correct and available; we do not warrant that it is free of error or that it runs without interruption. Our responsibility for a professional engagement is governed by the engagement letter alone.
Nothing on this page limits any responsibility that Saudi law does not permit to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have jurisdiction over them.
